Spunlace nonwoven fabric, also known as spunlace cloth, boasts the advantage of being able to laminate its spunlace web with any base fabric to produce composite finished products; moreover, it can be tailored to create a wide range of functional materials for diverse applications.
  Introduction to Spunlace Nonwoven Fabric
Spunlace nonwoven fabric is produced by spraying high-pressure, fine water jets onto one or more layers of fiber web, causing the fibers to entangle and interlock, thereby reinforcing the web and imparting a certain level of tensile strength. The resulting material is known as spunlace nonwoven fabric.
  Processing Principle
A high-pressure-generated multi‑stream fine water jet is used to spray the fiber web. After passing through the web, the water jet rebounds off the support mesh and re‑penetrates the web. Under the hydraulic action of these high‑velocity, cross‑directed water jets, the fibers within the web undergo displacement, interpenetration, entanglement, and cohesion, thereby reinforcing the web.
